Your website has one job: book the estimate.
Not "look professional." Not "tell your story." Book the estimate. Every site we build is a booking machine: an online scheduler so a homeowner grabs a time slot while you're on a ladder, an instant estimator that trades a ballpark price for their name and number at 11pm, and a click-to-call button under every thumb. It loads in under 2 seconds on a phone, in English and Spanish — because that's who's visiting.
Most contractor websites lose leads the owner already paid for.
A homeowner clicks your $15 Google ad on their phone. Then: the site takes 6 seconds to load… the phone number is a tiny link in the footer… there's a "Contact Us" form with 9 fields that emails an inbox nobody checks. They hit back and call the next roofer. You paid for that lead and your website threw it away. Here's what we put in its place:
Online scheduler
Synced to your real calendar. A homeowner picks "Tuesday 2–4pm" for their free estimate and gets a text confirmation — no phone tag, no lead lost because you were 40 feet up when they called. You see every booking on your phone.
Instant estimator
"What would a new roof cost me?" is the question in every homeowner's head. The estimator answers it: a few taps (roof size, material, stories) → a ballpark range → in exchange for name and phone. It pre-qualifies on price before you burn an afternoon driving out, and it works while you sleep.
Click-to-call, everywhere
A thumb-sized call button that follows the visitor down every page, wired to a tracked number so you know exactly which page and which ad produced each call. On mobile — which is most of your traffic — calling you is never more than one tap away.
Every site ships with all of this. Standard.
- ✓Under 2-second load on a phoneHand-coded, no bloated page builders. Speed is a ranking factor on Google and the difference between a lead and a bounce.
- ✓A page for every service you sell"Roof repair," "tile roof replacement," "flat roof coating" — each gets its own page, because that's what people search and what Google ranks.
- ✓Before/after galleries & review feedYour real jobs and your Google reviews, front and center. This is what closes the referral who's checking you out.
- ✓English & Spanish versionsFull bilingual build available — proper translation, not a widget. Half this market shops in Spanish.
- ✓Call tracking & lead alertsEvery call and form hits your phone immediately. You'll know your website's producing because you can count it.
- ✓You own everythingSite, domain, hosting account, estimator — all in your name. No "cancel and lose your website" hostage schemes.
What an estimator actually does for you
Say your site gets 500 visitors a month:
People will tap buttons about their own house all day long — they just won't fill out forms. The estimator meets them where they are: curious about price, not ready to talk to a salesperson yet.
Judge the work, not the pitch
Every site we've shipped is live — click through them, tap the estimators, try the schedulers on your phone. If they don't feel fast, don't hire us.

Website questions, answered straight.
I already have a website. Do I need a new one?
Maybe not — that's what the free audit is for. We test your current site's speed, check whether it has pages for the services people actually search, and see what happens when a lead tries to contact you. Sometimes the answer is "your site is fine, fix the Google side." If we can save it with an estimator and a speed pass, that's a smaller project and we'll say so.
How accurate is the instant estimator?
It gives a range, built from your real pricing — you approve every number before it goes live. The goal isn't a quote, it's an honest ballpark that starts the conversation and filters out tire-kickers who'd waste a site visit. You always confirm final pricing at the estimate.
What does it cost?
One-time project, quoted after the audit — depends on how many services, whether you want the estimator and scheduler, and bilingual build. You own the finished site outright. We don't do the "$99/month forever and we keep your website if you leave" model.
How long does it take?
Typical build is 2–4 weeks from kickoff to live, including your service pages, photos, estimator setup, and testing on real phones. We don't disappear for three months.
Will it show up on Google?
The build includes the on-page fundamentals Google wants — service pages, speed, schema markup, mobile-first. That's the foundation. Ranking beyond that is a function of your reviews and Google Business Profile; pair the site with Local Service Ads if you want calls now rather than in six months.
