I was a contractor.
Now I make contractors' phones ring.

Licensed roofer and GC — I was the guy on the truck who thought marketing was a scam. Then I built the system for my own roofing company and watched Google start sending me jobs. Now I run that exact playbook for roofers, HVAC, plumbers, and electricians in South Florida: Google ads that only pay for real calls, Facebook ads filmed on your actual job sites, and websites that book estimates while you're on a roof.

Let's get this out of the way

You don't believe in marketing. Good — neither did I.

Most contractors have been burned by an agency that took $2,000 a month, sent a report full of words like "impressions," and never made the phone ring. Here's the straight answer to the three things you're already thinking.

Marketing companies are all talk.

Most are — because they sell clicks, not jobs. We track one number: what a booked job costs you. You get a text every Friday: what was spent, how many calls came in, what each call cost, and how many turned into estimates. If you can read a materials invoice, you can read our report.

I get all my work from referrals.

Referrals are the best leads you'll ever get — and every one of them Googles you before they call. No reviews, no website, no map listing? A chunk of your own referrals quietly call the next guy. Ads don't replace referrals; they fill the slow weeks referrals can't.

I don't have time for this stuff.

You shouldn't be touching it. Your total time cost: one phone call to start, one film day a month (we come to your job site), and approving things by text. You run crews. We run the ads. That's the whole deal.

The actual numbers

Here's what a lead costs in South Florida — and what a job pays.

These are typical ranges we see across Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach on Google Local Service Ads — where you only pay when a real customer calls you, not when someone clicks. Your exact numbers depend on your trade, city, and reviews — that's what the free audit figures out.

TradeTypical cost per leadAverage job ticket
Roofing$90–$180$12,000–$18,000 replacement
HVAC$50–$120$6,000–$12,000 AC change-out
Plumbing$40–$100$1,500–$8,000 repipe / heater
Electrical$30–$80$2,500–$5,000 panel upgrade

The math on a $3,000/month roofing budget

Conservative numbers. No hype.

Monthly ad budget (paid straight to Google)$3,000
Leads at ~$100 per call~30 calls
You close 1 in 56 jobs
Say 5 are repairs (~$800) + 1 replacement (~$15,000)$19,000
Booked work per $3,000 spent~$19,000

And that ignores the referrals, reviews, and repeat work each of those 6 customers generates. This is why the biggest roofers in Miami spend $50K+ a month on ads — the math works, at any size.

The process

Exactly what happens after you call.

No mystery, no "strategy phase" that burns three months. Here's the timeline, week by week.

1
Day 1–2 · Free

The audit — where your money's leaking

One phone call about your business, then we pull apart your Google presence: where you rank on the map, what competitors pay for the same customers, whether your website loses the leads you already get. You get it in writing within 24 hours. Free, no card, and it's yours even if you never call us again.

2
Week 1–2

Setup — the unglamorous stuff done right

We handle the Google Guaranteed screening (license, insurance, background check paperwork), build the campaigns, set up call tracking so every lead is recorded and counted, and fix the website page your ads land on. You approve everything by text.

3
Week 2–3

Launch — your phone starts ringing

Local Service Ads typically produce calls within days of approval. Search and Meta campaigns follow. Every call comes through a tracked number, so there's never a debate about whether a job came from us.

  • Friday text report: spent / calls / cost per call / estimates booked
  • Junk leads (spam, wrong area, solicitors) disputed for refunds
  • Direct line to us — no account-manager runaround
4
Month 2+

Tighten and scale — the boring part that makes money

We kill the ads that don't produce and move budget to the ones that do. Monthly film day keeps fresh creative running. When cost per job is where we want it, you decide whether to raise the budget — most clients do, because at that point it's just buying jobs at a known price.

Why trust us

We ran the playbook on our own roofing company first.

I didn't learn this from a marketing course. I learned it because my own roofing company needed jobs — so I figured out exactly what Google rewards and took our authority score from a 2 to a 15 in three months. Everything we sell, we tested with our own money first.

Straight answers

What contractors ask us before they sign.

I've been burned by a marketing company before. Why would this be different?

Three reasons. One: we came from the trades — the owner held a roofing license and GC, so we sell the way you'd want to be sold: numbers, not buzzwords. Two: you pay Google and Meta directly from your own account — we never mark up or hide your ad spend, and if we part ways, the accounts and all the data stay yours. Three: every call runs through a tracked number, so whether it's working is a fact you can check, not a story we tell you.

How do I actually know it's working?

Every Friday you get a text with four numbers: what was spent, how many calls came in, what each call cost, and how many became estimates. Calls are recorded, so you can listen to any lead yourself. If the cost per booked job doesn't make sense for your ticket sizes, you'll see it in the report — and so will we, which is why we'd fix it or tell you to pause.

What does it cost?

Management runs $990–$1,490/month for one channel (usually Google Ads) and $2,490–$3,990/month for the full system — Google + Meta + monthly content filming. Your ad budget is separate and goes straight to Google/Meta; most contractors start at $1,500–$3,000/month in spend. Websites are a one-time project quoted after the audit. No commissions, no percentage-of-spend games.

Am I locked into a contract?

No long-term lock-in — management is month to month, and we back new workstreams with a 90-day window: if you're unhappy with the work in that period, we make it right or refund the workstream. We keep clients by making phones ring, not with a signature.

How fast until my phone rings?

Local Service Ads: usually within days of Google approving your Guaranteed screening — the screening itself takes 1–3 weeks (license, insurance, background check), and we handle that paperwork. Search and Meta ads: first leads typically inside 2 weeks, improving as we tune. A new website with an estimator starts capturing leads the day it goes live.

I stay busy off referrals. Why spend on ads?

Then you're exactly who should do this — busy contractors have the reviews and the close rate that make ads cheap. Referrals dry up in slow season and cap how fast you can grow; ads are the dial you turn when you add a crew, buy a truck, or hit August and the phone goes quiet. And every referral still Googles you first — if your presence is weak, you're losing leads you already earned.

Why do you only work in South Florida?

Because we film your content ourselves — your crews, your job sites, your finished work. Agencies that serve the whole country fill your ads with stock footage, and homeowners can tell. Local-only also means we know what a lead costs in Kendall versus Coral Springs, because we're bidding in these markets every day.

Do you work in Spanish?

Sí. Half of South Florida shops in Spanish. We run English and Spanish versions of campaigns, film bilingual content, and can build your website in both languages.
