Meta Ads + Content Creation · South Florida

Real ads need real footage. We film your crew.

Nobody searches Facebook for a roofer — but every homeowner in your service area scrolls it tonight. Meta ads are how they know your name before the roof leaks, and how they see your financing offer the week they start thinking about that AC. The catch: ads made from stock footage get scrolled past. So we bring a camera to your job sites, film your crew and your finished work, and cut it into ads. In-house. That's the whole reason we only work in South Florida.

Why bother with Facebook?

Google catches demand. Meta creates it.

If you only run Google ads, you only reach people at the moment they search — and you bid against every competitor for that same moment. Meta reaches them the other 364 days. Used together, Meta makes your Google ads cheaper: people click the name they recognize.

Offer campaigns

Financing ("new roof, $0 down"), seasonal pushes (AC tune-up before summer), storm-prep and post-storm inspections. These generate actual lead forms — name, phone, address — delivered to your phone, typically at $20–$80 per lead in our market.

Name-recognition campaigns

Short reels of your crew working real jobs in the neighborhoods you serve. Cheap to run, and they're why a homeowner in Coral Springs says "oh, I've seen these guys" when your LSA listing shows up. This is the part competitors without local content can't copy.

Retargeting

Someone visited your website from a Google ad but didn't call — it happens 90% of the time. Retargeting puts your before/afters and reviews in their feed for the next two weeks. It's the cheapest money in advertising because they already know they need you.

The content engine

One film day a month. A month of ads and posts.

Your only job is to tell us which job sites are active. Here's what happens every month:

1
One morning, monthly

Film day at your job sites

Our videographer meets your crew at 1–2 active jobs. Tear-off shots, install details, finished walk-arounds, a 60-second bit with you or your foreman explaining what you found. Crews keep working — we shoot around them. You lose zero production time.

2
Week 1

Edit into reels + ad versions

That footage becomes edited reels for your Instagram/Facebook page plus multiple ad cuts — different hooks, different lengths, English and Spanish. The organic posts build the page; the ad cuts go into paid campaigns.

3
Every week

Test, kill, scale

Every Monday the ad versions compete. Losers get killed, winners get the budget. Over a few months you end up with a library of proven ads — footage of your company that reliably produces leads at a known cost.

4
Every Friday

The report you'll actually read

Spent · leads · cost per lead · booked estimates. Leads land in your phone the minute they come in (and if you want them auto-texted back in 30 seconds, that's our automation add-on).

Want to see the filming quality before you talk to us? Look at our own feeds. We run the same content engine on ourselves, every week — reels, cuts, hooks. If our content doesn't convince you, our pitch shouldn't either.

FAQ

Meta ads questions, answered straight.

Facebook leads I've bought before were garbage. What's different?

Two things kill Meta lead quality: bad targeting (leads from outside your service area) and slow follow-up (a Meta lead that isn't contacted within 5 minutes goes cold — they weren't urgently searching like a Google caller). We lock targeting to your actual cities and wire leads straight to your phone; add the auto-text-back automation and every lead gets a response in 30 seconds even when you're on a roof.

Do I need to be on camera?

It helps — owners on camera outperform faceless ads — but no. Your foreman, your crew at work, or pure job-site footage with a voiceover all work. We'll find the format you're comfortable with on film day one.

How is this different from hiring a kid to post reels?

Posting isn't the business — the ad system behind it is. Film-day footage feeds paid campaigns with weekly testing, retargeting, tracked lead forms, and a cost-per-lead number you can hold us to. Organic posts alone are a lottery ticket; posts + paid distribution is a system.

What does a Meta lead cost?

Typical home-service lead campaigns in South Florida run $20–$80 per lead depending on trade and offer. Cheaper than Google per lead — but earlier in the buying process, so close rates are lower and follow-up matters more. The audit gives you a realistic range for your trade and offer.

Who owns the footage and the ad account?

You do. The ad account, the page, and every clip we film at your jobs are yours. If we part ways, you keep the whole content library.

Be the company they've already heard of.

One call. We'll look at your current page, your competitors' ads (they're public — we'll show you the library), and tell you exactly what we'd film and run first.

No card. No contract. Takes one phone call.
